By accessing or using Speedway, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any product, plan, promotion, marketplace, business, crew, driver, workforce, hardware or integration rules shown in the service or agreed in writing. Users and businesses must provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and use Speedway only for lawful and authorised purposes.
Speedway platform services
Speedway provides a connected platform for customer services, business operations, workforce coordination and day-to-day work. Services can include Speedway Go, crew and management workspaces, Cashier, production and service displays, delivery, dispatch, bookings, payments, tracking, settlements, support, integrations and optional workforce or payroll modules.
Orders, bookings, delivery and availability
Product availability, prices, delivery fees, route quotes, ETAs, promotions, service areas and operating hours can change according to business availability, customer location, traffic, weather, demand, crew/driver availability, system status, safety, compliance and operational conditions. Restricted goods, age-gated services or regulated workflows require verification where applicable.
Payments, fees, refunds and settlements
Payments can be processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their rules, checks and availability. Fees, commissions, platform charges, delivery fees, refunds, credits, cancellations, deductions, payouts and settlements are controlled by the applicable Speedway agreement, service rules, promotion terms, payment provider response and applicable law. Public fee pages are indicative guides only unless confirmed in a written agreement.
Business, crew and driver responsibilities
Businesses, crews, drivers and authorised staff are responsible for accurate profiles, correct availability, lawful operations, safe conduct, customer care, delivery proof, attendance records, device care, account security and compliance with their own employment, contractor, tax, licensing, insurance and operating obligations.
CrewHQ, workforce and payroll modules
CrewHQ provides workforce capability for staff profiles, roles, attendance, telemetry, geo-location, 2FA, biometric-style verification, approvals and payroll-ready records where enabled. Future full payroll features are planned as premium add-on modules. Final payroll, employment, tax, statutory, worker classification and compliance decisions remain the responsibility of the customer and its professional advisers.
Location, telemetry and verification
Speedway can use location, telemetry, device, identity, 2FA and verification signals to support secure operations, delivery, dispatch, fraud prevention, workforce visibility, safety and service quality. These features must be used lawfully, transparently and in line with customer policies, staff notices, permissions, consent or lawful basis, and written agreements.
Hardware, devices and networks
Businesses, crews and drivers use suitable devices and networks matched to their Speedway workflows. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, hardware supply, rental, warranty, repair, replacement, insurance, network service, device security and maintenance remain the responsibility of the device owner or business. Speedway provides compatibility guidance and platform software services through RaffsSync Core, a Speedway trading and technology name.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Speedway, submit false or misleading information, interfere with users, crews, drivers, businesses or systems, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or copy protected data, bypass security, abuse promotions, manipulate tracking, upload harmful content, or use Speedway for unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent or harmful activity.
Service changes, availability and integrations
Speedway continuously improves its platform, integrations, commercial packages, capabilities and operating model. Features, modules, service areas, pricing, integrations, app availability, device requirements and support levels can evolve by market, plan, agreement, technical readiness, provider availability and operational requirements.

Speedway works with third-party services such as payment providers, banks, maps, Google services, hosting, communications, analytics, support tools, accounting/payroll systems and other integrations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, security models, availability and approval processes.
