Software, apps and operations capabilities

Speedway is a connected software ecosystem for customers, crews, staff, businesses, kitchens, counters and back-office teams. The apps are designed to work together through RaffsSync Core infrastructure, with local-first operational workflows for real venues, real crews and imperfect networks.

The Speedway app family

Speedway apps are not separate islands. Customer requests, business orders, crew tasks, kitchen tickets, POS activity, customer displays, HR attendance and back-office controls are intended to flow through one coordinated operating environment.

Customer

Go

The customer app for rides, delivery, ordering, service requests, saved places, payment flow, live tracking, history and customer acceptance.

Crew / Driver / Staff

Crew

The execution app for drivers, riders, field crews and staff: assigned work, ETA, arrival, task status, proof, time on site, route updates, attendance and completion.

Business

Central

The business app for merchants, venues and operating teams: catalogues, orders, fulfilment, dispatch, customer flow, staff coordination, reporting, settlement views and operational control.

HR / Workforce

CrewHQ

The workforce layer for staff profiles, attendance, locations, shifts, biometric-style verification flows, presence, alerts, payroll exports and crew governance.

Restaurant and venue operations modules

For restaurants, cafes, bakeries, service counters and multi-station venues, Speedway can extend from marketplace orders into daily operational software. Modules are packaged as capabilities that can be enabled by plan, market and operating agreement.

Designed for real-world operations

Speedway software is designed for busy, imperfect environments: restaurants, counters, kitchens, drivers, staff and businesses where internet can be unstable. Local-first app patterns, supported browsers, Capacitor-enabled device capability, RxDB and Dexie-style local data layers allow critical work to continue locally and synchronise back to RaffsSync Core when connectivity returns.
